GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM

Our Finance & Controlling – Graduate Trainee Program is the ideal position from which to take over responsible tasks right from the beginning and get an overview of different activities within Finance and Controlling.
In this paid graduate trainee program, you will learn our Finance & Controlling activities, such as business controlling, budgeting, planning, and reporting processes. You will be part of a team of graduates that will develop professionally with the support of the Company’s CFO. After the graduate traineeship program, the selected trainees will continue to be part of the Finance & Controlling team and will further develop the department processes, activities, and results. You will benefit from working on cross-functional projects and gain access to development activities such as professional & personal training and mentoring.
What responsibilities can you expect?
During the first 18-month program, you will grow and develop in our Finance and Controlling department. You will get on-the-job training in a variety of subjects and develop a comprehensive understanding of unit-specific and cross-divisional activities. Your assignments during the program will be based on advanced discussion and mutual agreement.
Where exactly will you be located? In Romania, Tulcea. The role implies working from the factory premises, in Tulcea.
Lidas has produced bakery and pastry since 1992 and in 2023 finalized the second factory, fully automated, where we produce frozen pastry and bakery. What do we expect?
We are looking for graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Information Management. And, beyond this, your native drive for this domain will be highly relevant.
Besides the academic qualifications, good Romanian & English language skills, Excell and basic IT skills, you will impress us with your capabilities like:
- Good knowledge of Finance and/or Accounting
- Data accuracy and ability to see beyond figures
- Analytical capabilities
- Teamwork capacity
- Effective communication
- Your self-driven personality.
