With the support of the Regional Operational Program 2014-2020, Lidas launches the Business Incubator in the construction sector aimed at promoting the entrepreneurial spirit by facilitating the economic exploitation of new ideas and encouraging  the establishment of enterprises in the ITI – Danube Delta area.

The program is dedicated to entrepreneurs in the construction sector (CAEN codes 4.1, 4.2., 4.3.) but also to specialists in this field who want to start their companies, eligible to benefit from the incubator’s facilities.

The admitted candidates will benefit from an advanced development program that will help them grow from a business idea to a sustainable
business, including material support and educational support, a complex range of professional services with the aim of developing / creating independent businesses in the private sector in the ITI – Danube Delta area.

The program includes the pre-incubation period, the main
3-year assisted development period, as well as post-incubation support.

Among the facilities offered are:

• advantageous access to an extensive base of machinery and high-performance technical means suitable for carrying out various and complex construction works;
• entrepreneurial training programs under the guidance of internationally and nationally renowned business consultants;
• management consultancy;
• assistance in accessing funds;
• assistance for the internationalization of small business;
• functional support facilities: fully equipped office spaces and technical spaces located at Lidas factory in Cataloi; administrative services, etc.

Eligibility criteria:

1. The company must have a maximum of 3 years since its foundation;

3. To be in the construction sector (CAEN code 4.1; 4.2; 4.3).

About the organizer

THE BUSINESS INCUBATOR IN THE CONSTRUCTION SECTOR IN THE ITI DANUBE DELTA AREA was developed with the support of the Regional Operational Program 2014-2020 by the local company Lidas SRL, holder of the title BEST MANAGED COMPANIES ROMANIA 2022 in recognition of the sustained efforts to improve organizational management and the environment local business. This project is coordinated together with the highly qualified consultants who accompany Lidas in the effort of organizational transformation and for the creation of a culture of organizational excellence.

This project is carried out with the support of the Regional Operational Program 2014-2020, contract no. 4990, with the start date of the implementation period on 01.11.2019 and the completion date of the implementation period on 31.12.2023, having SMIS CODE 124882.
