  • knowledge of quality standards in the food industry;

  • abilities fo planning, organizing and coordinating activities;

  • good MS OFFICE operating skills.

Position responsibilities

  • helps to implement and maintain the food safety management system, according to the elaborated system documents;

  • ensure laboratory analysis of raw materials;

  • check and review the documents of the Quality Management System;

  • participate in internal audits and evaluation of suppliers;

  • participates in the analysis of complaints, out-of-spec results, non-compliant products and ensures that corrective and preventive actions are established.
